This Fortified Wine is produced only during the greatest vintages from our best overripe Black Grenaches. Adding pure wine alcohol in the preparation process stops the fermentation, allowing the wine to remain "naturally" sweet.
A long aging in barrels allows for blending the aromas and slowly maturing the tannins. The colour gets a mahogany red, the nose surprises by its complexity, and the very fruity aromas seduce the palate for an aperitif or a chocolate dessert...
